Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer
Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth
Pour the white chocolate mixture into the cooled crust
Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until set
Arrange fresh raspberries on top of the set white chocolate layer
In a separate small saucepan, warm the raspberry jam over low heat until it becomes more fluid
Drizzle the warmed raspberry jam over the raspberries
Chill the tart for another 30 minutes before serving
