Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Add cubed tofu to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread tofu cubes in a single layer
Drizzle vegetable oil over the tofu cubes
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tofu is crispy and golden brown
