Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup raw almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded purple cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro, chopped almonds, sesame seeds, and hemp seeds
